We all forget to do things, and this can include ordering our medication in time. If you’ve genuinely forgotten please contact the dispensary as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
If you need an emergency supply when we’re closed, you can contact your nearest pharmacy who may be able to prescribe an emergency supply to tie you over.
Please consider that short notice requests impact the dispensing process and might cause a delay to those patients who have allowed 72 hours for their request to be processed. If there’s a pattern of regular short notice requests, then your request will remain in the queue to be processed within 72hours.
