Transport to Appointments

Fflecsi Bus

The local fflecsi bus can help with transportation to and from the practice.  fflecsi buses can pick you up and drop you off in a service area and not just at a bus stop. You must book your ride via the app or phone, then a bus picks you up at your request, changing its route so that all passengers can get to where they need to go. (Transport For Wales (fflecsi.wales))

The Conwy Valley service covers Cerrigydrudion and the surrounding rural areas down the A5 corridor to Llanrwst.

Visit the fflecsi website for more details.

Transport for Hospital Appointments : Non Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS)

The Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service is for patients across Wales who are unable for medical reasons, to make their own way to and from their hospital appointments.  There is an eligibility process that all patients are required to go through to ensure the service can be offered to them. (Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust)

Visit the NEPTS web page or call 0300 123 2303, to check your eligibility.

If you are not eligible for transport, you will be offered alternative contact numbers for organisations that may be able to assist you.
