Car y Llan

Car y Llan is a grant funded local community transport scheme operating for the benefit of Uwchaled Medical Practice and Meddygfa Betws y Coed.

The scheme provides transport from the home to the practice for those patients that have difficulty in attending their appointments due to not having their own transport.

The vehicle in use is wheelchair accessible with the service being provided by volunteer drivers.  There is a nominal charge of 25p per mile which is capped at £5.00 for any return journey.

The service is available to Uwchaled Medical Practice patients every Thursday and Friday.    If you believe that you would benefit from this service please enquire at the practice.  Eligibility for the service is at the discretion of the practice.
