Respect and Zero Tolerance
GPs and practice their staff have a right to care for others without fear of being attacked or abused. We take a Zero Tolerance approach and no form of aggression, verbal or physical in nature, will be tolerated and any instances of such behaviour will lead to a warning letter and may result in the perpetrator being reported to the Police and removed from the practice’s List of Registered Patients. This also applies to social media.
