Communicating with Patients

Staying in touch with our patients is essential, and text messaging plays a big role in how we do this.

Text Messaging Service

We offer a free appointment reminder service via text. You’ll receive a message 24-48 hours before your appointment with the date and time of your appointment.

We also use text messages to send and receive important information, such as clinic invitations, details about medical conditions, documents, or requests for information or photos.

To take advantage of this service, simply provide your consent and an up-to-date mobile number by completing the form below.

Email Communication

While we primarily use text messaging, we also use email as another way to stay connected. Having your email on file helps us communicate with you more efficiently.

 

*Please remember that the appointment reminder service is complimentary and should not be solely relied upon to remind you of your appointments as there may be occasions when they’re not sent.  It remains the patient’s responsibility to turn up for appointments and to take care of their own health by arranging appointments.
