Please avoid calling for test results early in the morning, as our phone lines are busy with appointment bookings. We kindly ask that you call after 2pm each day for test results.
Please be aware that we have a strict policy on confidentiality and data protection. We will only release results to the individual they concern, unless prior consent has been given, or the person is unable to understand the results. For those under 16, results may be provided to a parent or guardian.
To receive your results, please speak with a receptionist, who can share the GP’s comments after reviewing them. If the GP needs to discuss your results in more detail or if you require further information or clarification, a telephone consultation will be arranged for you.
- Blood test and urine sample results are available after three days
- Scans and x-rays after 7 days
- Results for test arranged by the hospital will not be available from the practice. You will need to contact the relevant hospital department.
