Compliments and Concerns

We are always keen to receive feedback from our patients.  We want to know what we do well and also how we can improve.

We sincerely hope that you won’t have cause to raise a concern, however, if you feel that the service provided by any of the clinicians or staff has fallen below our usual high standards, please refer to our complaints procedure. The procedure explains how you should put forward your complaint and what steps the practice will take to investigate the matter.
