Uwchaled Medical Practice regards the Welsh and English languages with equal importance and believes that all who make contact with the organisation have the right to do so in Welsh or English, whichever is their chosen language.
We recognise that people can express their views and needs better in their first language, and that enabling our service users to use their preferred language to communicate with us is therefore a matter of good practice rather than a concession.
